Manufacturing Process

A bellows-type machine tool guideway cover of the same specifications is first manufactured according to the user's required dimensions, and then stainless steel sheets are attached to the exterior. Therefore, the armor-type protective cover inherits many advantages of the bellows-type protective cover.

Classification

Classified by base cover material: three-proof cloth, nylon cloth, flame-retardant cloth, high-temperature resistant cloth, plastic cloth, rubber composite cloth, etc.

Product Features

Each fold layer can withstand strong vibrations without deformation. When applied to bellows, it maintains its original state even at 900°C high temperatures. The layers support each other, effectively preventing the penetration of small debris.
