Model: BST-00011; Alias: Conveyor Line; Applicable Machinery: LCD Panel; Specifications: Custom UPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Characteristics and Applications:       UPE sheet** offers excellent wear resistance, good low-temperature impact resistance, self-lubricating properties, non-toxicity, water resistance, and chemical resistance. Its heat resistance is superior to that of ordinary PE, but it has drawbacks such as low heat resistance (heat deflection temperature), poor processability, and lower surface hardness, rigidity, and creep resistance compared to general engineering plastics, along with a relatively high coefficient of expansion. UHMWPE has poor flowability and extremely high viscosity in the molten state, behaving like a rubbery high viscoelastic material. Initially, it could only be formed by pressing and sintering methods, but it can now also be processed by extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding. Its mechanical properties are higher than those of ordinary high-density polyethylene, featuring outstanding impact resistance, stress cracking resistance, high-temperature creep resistance, low friction coefficient, self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, noise damping, and nuclear radiation resistance. Operating temperature range: 95–120°C. It has good cold resistance and can be used at temperatures as low as -220°C. With a density of 0.935 g/cm³ and a molecular weight of 8 million, the product exhibits a tensile strength at break of 40 MPa, elongation at break of 350%, flexural modulus of elasticity of 600 MPa, and does not break under Izod notch impact testing. Wear amount (MPC method): 20 mm.
