Custom Processing: Yes; Type: Exhaust Gas Treatment Equipment; Model: GP Series; Treatment Concentration: 100-300 mg/m³; Airflow Capacity: 20,000 m³/h; Space Velocity: 2.0 m/s; Applicable Fields: Exhaust Gas from Injection Molding and Granulation. The Dongguan injection molding and granulation exhaust gas treatment equipment is primarily designed to remove toxic and harmful substances as well as smoke and dust from the exhaust gas emitted during the granulation and injection molding processes in the plastic industry. This ensures that the treated emissions meet standards, thereby reducing air pollution. Sources of exhaust gas from waste plastic granulation include particulate matter during feeding, volatile gases during melting, volatile gases during extrusion, and smoke generated during cooling. The actual exhaust gas treatment process will comprehensively utilize the various treatment technologies mentioned above, based on specific design requirements and the type of exhaust gas, to implement integrated treatment. Examples include: absorption + adsorption, catalytic combustion + adsorption, or chemical treatment. We will develop different solutions according to the varying requirements of customers and specific construction conditions to meet the air treatment needs of different locations. Under the action of the induced draft fan, hydrogen chloride enters the scrubber tangentially from the bottom, where it comes into contact with the liquid film formed by the spray nozzles. Some pollutants are absorbed by the capture liquid, while the liquid mist, driven by the swirling flow, also undergoes rotational motion. Dust particles become wet and heavier under the influence of the liquid mist and are thrown toward the outer wall by centrifugal and inertial forces. The particulate matter settles on the liquid film, and the wetted particles are discharged from the bottom drain. Subsequently, through a wet electrostatic pre-filtration device combined with an oil fume purifier, the effective purification efficiency for industrial exhaust gases, acidic gases, fine particulate matter, industrial oil fumes, water vapor, and other exhaust gases generated by various public facilities and industrial applications can exceed 99%.
