The roller-encrypted mobile belt conveyor has become one of the important equipment in the entire production process. The belt conveyor is characterized by its compact structure, strong adaptability, low resistance, long service life, easy maintenance, and complete protective devices. Before operating the belt conveyor, first ensure that the equipment, personnel, and items to be conveyed are in a safe and intact condition. Next, check that all moving parts are normal and free of foreign objects, and verify that all electrical circuits are functioning properly. Only when everything is normal should the belt conveyor be put into operation. It is also necessary to check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the equipment's rated voltage does not exceed ±5%. When putting the belt conveyor into operation, the following steps must be taken: 1. Turn on the main power switch and check whether the power is properly supplied to the equipment and whether the power indicator light is on. Proceed to the next step if everything is normal. 2. Turn on the power switches for each circuit and check for normal operation. Under normal conditions, the equipment should not move, the belt conveyor operation indicator light should not be on, the power indicator lights for devices such as the frequency converter should be on, and the display panel of the frequency converter should show normal status (no fault codes displayed). 3. Start each electrical device in sequence according to the process flow. Only after the previous electrical device has started normally (the motor or other equipment has reached normal speed and condition) should the next electrical device be started. During the operation of the belt conveyor, it is essential to adhere to the design specifications for the items being conveyed and comply with the design capacity of the belt conveyor. Additionally, ensure that personnel of all types do not come into contact with the moving parts of the belt conveyor, and non-professionals should not arbitrarily touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. Finally, during the operation of the belt conveyor, do not disconnect the circuit after the frequency converter. If maintenance is required, it must be performed only after the frequency converter has been stopped; otherwise, the frequency converter may be damaged.
